Hello and welcome to a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and confidential space where you are supported in exploring and understanding more about yourself, your relationships, and your experiences. My practice is rooted in the belief that you can have peace of mind, clarity of thought, and confidence in yourself to heal and thrive. Over the past 13 years, I’ve helped many people overcome and resolve anxiety, trauma, and many other mental health problems.

I collaborate with you to deepen your understanding of both challenges and aspirations, and together, we create a plan to accomplish them. I consider a number of elements to be essential for mental well-being such as self-compassion, mindfulness, body relaxation, deep breathing, and visualization. I believe that everyone can benefit from calming and encouraging self-talk.

My path to mental health advocacy is personal. As a single mom to neurodivergent children (now adults) and a neurodivergent individual myself, I’ve faced and overcome unique challenges, including managing anxiety, overcoming trauma, and navigating complex situations. These experiences have not only honed my resilience, but also deepened my empathy and understanding, qualities I bring into every therapeutic session.

If you are living with distressing images and emotions from past trauma, I can guide you in processing these experiences, helping to place them solidly in the past so they no longer cause you distress. After this process, you will no longer be vulnerable to getting triggered in your daily life.
