Fees

Intake $250 per 90 min.
Individual session $175 per 60 min.

Insurance

I accept the following insurance: Aetna.

While I am not in-network with insurance providers, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network benefits or reimbursement. Please note, it is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider to determine if you have out-of-network benefits, what percentage of the fee is reimbursed, and whether there is a deductible that must be met before reimbursement is available.

Reduced Fee

Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment

Credit Card, Debit Card, HSA, FSA, Zelle, Cash are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you notify within 24 hours the fee is $50.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
